Fluoride

What does the EPA and CDC say about fluoride and what does Adya Clarity do about it?

According to the EPA, the Maximum Contaminant Level Goal (MCLG) for fluoride in drinking water is 4ppm (4mg per 1L of water).

The CDC reports average fluoridation between 1 and 3 ppm (1-3mg per 1L of water) for adjusted AND natural jurisdictions. The test samples prepared in our Fluoride Reduction tests were created using 8ppm (8mg per 1L of water) or roughly DOUBLE the EPA MCLG for drinking water and nearly QUADRUPALE the amount reported by the CDC in current drinking water sources.

Our tests show that Adya Clarity added to roughly 8ppm Sodium Fluoride Solution (SFS) reduces Sodium Fluoride at the following levels:

1ppm Adya Clarity to 8ppm SFS: reduces roughly 53%

2ppm Adya Clarity to 8ppm SFS: reduces roughly 63%

3ppm Adya Clarity to 8ppm SFS: reduces roughly 81%

4ppm Adya Clarity to 8ppm SFS: reduces nearly 100%

Based on these tests, 1-2 ppm Adya Clarity (1-2mL per 1L of water) will reduce nearly 100% Sodium Fluoride found in standard drinking water.
